LaSalle Network has partnered with one of the fastest growing home building products companies of the country. Our client is looking to add a new Senior Treasury Analyst to their team. The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Finance team, responsible for preparing journal entries, facilitating the monthly close process for cash, payroll and benefits, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial results.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to perform key account analyses, reconciliations and to maintain the integrity of the Company’s financial policies and internal controls. This position offers a competitive starting salary up to $95,000 plus bonus. This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week onsite in Naperville, IL.

Senior Treasury Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post journal entries related to cash, payroll and benefit items
  • Assist in the facilitation and coordination of the monthly close process
  • Analyze financial results, identify variances and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger and subledgers
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to management
  • Perform key account analyses and reconciliations, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of discrepancies and reconciling items
  • Reconcile credit card and ACH payments processed through merchant accounts with bank deposits and Accounts Receivable customer transactions
  • Assist in the development, refinement and maintenance of accounting and financial policies, practices and internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s internal control structure and enhance operating procedures to support financial integrity
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of the Company’s financial systems and practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in treasury operations

Senior Treasury Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance or treasury operations
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements and general ledger accounting
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, variance reporting and account reconciliation
  • Experience with credit card and ACH payment processing and reconciliation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
