LaSalle Network has partnered with one of the most dynamic and forward-thinking companies in the Manufacturing industry. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support their executive team and drive financial performance through detailed analysis, forecasting and strategic insights. This position offers a competitive starting salary up to $105,000 plus additional bonus earning opportunities. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Naperville, IL.
Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to track financial results, key performance indicators and external benchmarks
- Provide insightful analysis to support the executive team in making informed decisions
- Support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecast updates for the Networks segment
- Independently analyze financials and collaborate with department heads to explain, review and finalize all projections
- Leverage new systems to automate the compilation and distribution of financial results
- Coordinate the budget and forecast process to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare ad hoc financial models and analyses of business investment opportunities
- Communicate results and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner
- Participate in various ad-hoc projects to gain cross-functional exposure and develop strong business acumen
- Collaborate with different departments to support strategic initiatives and process improvements
Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related business field
- 3+ years in a corporate finance environment, with manufacturing experience highly desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Excellent critical thinking, creative problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively balance multiple priorities simultaneously
