Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing advisory firm that specializes in providing top-notch technical accounting services to Fortune 1000 companies. They are seeking Senior Advisory Associates who will specialize in M&A, IPO readiness, Controllership, Technical Accounting/SEC engagements and Financial Accounting Advisory Services. 

They are interested in hiring accounting and finance professionals who are looking to broaden their skill sets and gain valuable experiences to help enhance their marketability and advance their careers. They offer a competitive base salary, 30% guaranteed bonus, and the average consultant is projected make $45k-$50k on top of the base salary. 

Senior Advisory Associate Responsibilities: 
  • Provide expert guidance on complex technical accounting issues, M&A, IPO readiness, Controllership, Technical Accounting/SEC engagements and Financial Accounting Advisory Services
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and manage technical accounting projects, ensuring deliverables are met within established timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality service and value-added insights
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their unique technical accounting challenges

Senior Advisory Associate Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
  • Certified Public Accountant license  
  • 3+ years of experience from a larger CPA firm, including at least one year as a senior. 
  • Analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards 
  • Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
