Reliability Engineer Responsibilities:
- Support key initiatives for implementation and deployment of TPM initiatives across North America plants
- Train, coach and communicate TPM initiatives to all levels of plant staff and ensure accurate use
- Analyze data within Maximo CMMS, Redzone and Tableau to better support maintenance and operations
- Continuously identify areas of improvement across plants and build continuous improve culture
Reliability Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability or related Engineering field
- 5+ years of TPM methodology experience
- Experience training and coaching all levels of plant staff on TPM methodology
- Manufacturing experience required
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
