LaSalle Network is partnering with a hypergrowth AI and technology organization to identify a Recruiter to support hiring efforts in San Francisco, CA and New York City, NY. Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, with a primary focus on Operations hiring

Partner directly with hiring managers, General Managers, and executive leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies

Source, engage, and close top talent in a competitive market

Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Drive hiring process improvements and help build scalable recruiting operations

Track recruiting metrics and use data to optimize hiring outcomes

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining hiring velocity

Lead interview coordination, feedback collection, offer management, and closing efforts

Act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders across the organization
Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Startup experience highly preferred

Experience recruiting for technology-focused organizations required

Ability to manage high hiring volume while maintaining a high bar for talent

Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate-closing skills

Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics

Key Details
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $120,000 – $180,000 annually based on experience
Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY
