LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading North American provider of parking lot management, maintenance and construction services to hire a Recruiter who is excited to make an immediate impact. As the organization continues to grow, they are investing in talent and seeking a recruiting professional who can help elevate hiring processes, attract top talent and support long-term organizational success.

This Recruiter opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, improving processes and partnering closely with hiring managers. You'll have the opportunity to shape the talent acquisition function, enhance recruiting operations within Paycom and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture where ideas and initiative are valued.

What's the job?

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly positions, with a focus on corporate, leadership and operational roles

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

  • Create compelling job postings and sourcing campaigns to attract qualified talent

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events and employee referrals

  • Conduct candidate screenings, phone interviews and coordinate interview processes

  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation and guide candidates through onboarding

  • Own and enhance recruiting workflows and ATS processes within Paycom

  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes

  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events and career fairs

  • Assist with HR projects and administrative responsibilities as needed


What's needed?

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Experience in agency, corporate or blended recruiting environments

  • Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity, including 30+ open requisitions

  • Experience creating and improving recruiting processes

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively

  • Paycom experience strongly preferred

  • Interest in supporting broader HR initiatives beyond recruiting

  • Construction, field services or operations recruiting experience is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
