LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading B2B manufacturing company based in the northwestern Chicago suburbs. They are dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality products to their clients while continually expanding their market presence. They are looking for an experienced and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join their marketing team and help maximize their online advertising efforts.

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client’s paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads and Amazon Ads. You will play a crucial role in driving traffic, generating leads and increasing conversions through strategic and well-executed paid media initiatives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital advertising, strong analytical skills and a proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns.

Paid Media Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and Amazon Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
  • Write compelling ad copy and develop creative assets that align with campaign goals
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize for ROI and KPIs
  • Perform A/B testing of ads to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates
  • Manage budget allocations and bid strategies to maximize the efficiency of ad spend
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and platform updates to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest strategies and technologies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to paid media campaigns

Paid Media Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, specifically with Google Ads, Bing Ads and Amazon Ads
  • Proven track record of successful PPC campaign management and optimization
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, including keyword research, bid management and ad copywriting
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Advertising Console and Google Analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus
  • Experience in the B2B manufacturing industry is a plus
