LaSalle Network has partnered with a U.S. based manufacturer specializing in industrial tools and components to hire an Order Entry Specialist. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage customer orders using Epicor ERP
  • Look up and enter highly customized orders (finish, coating, compounds, etc.)
  • Maintain long-term client accounts
  • Communicate with internal teams (sales, plant manager) to verify order details
  • Take and enter orders over the phone and/or via email
  • Participate in shared responsibility of answering and routing incoming calls

Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail (critical due to customization complexity)
  • ERP system experience preferred
  • Customer service experience and strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
Logistics 
  • Fully onsite in Itasca 
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:00pm 
  • Compensation is pending experience, but ranging from $20 to $24/hr.
