Operations Service Support Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls
  • Defuse any escalated customer issues
  • Document all proper information and enter it into the company’s computer database
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Multitask through dual-screen computers

Operations Service Support Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous call center or telephone support experience
  • Pleasant phone demeanor
  • Ability to quickly retain information
