LaSalle Network is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing organization in Dallas. This Industrial Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime and supporting daily operations. If you're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What's the job?

  • Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment issues

  • Respond to production maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns in a timely manner

  • Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, valves, pumps, sensors and related components

  • Assist with machine setups, changeovers and equipment improvements

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical manuals

  • Inspect and evaluate equipment performance to identify potential maintenance concerns

  • Support equipment installations, modifications and commissioning projects

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and parts inventory documentation

  • Partner with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

  • Follow all safety, quality and company policies and procedures


What's needed?

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production or processing environment

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience

  • Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics, blueprints and technical documentation

  • Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment

  • Basic computer skills and experience documenting maintenance activities

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
