We are partnering with a leading legal services organization to hire Intake Specialists for its growing team in downtown Chicago. As an Intake Specialist, you will connect with potential plaintiffs, gather information to determine eligibility for legal claims, and guide qualified individuals through the intake process. The ideal candidate has phone-based experience, is coachable, and is motivated to continuously improve while working toward daily performance goals.
Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential plaintiffs using an automated dialing system.

Follow established scripts to ask questions, collect responses, and accurately document information.

Qualify potential plaintiffs based on case-specific criteria and transfer eligible individuals to the next stage of the intake process.

Maintain strong productivity while ensuring accuracy and professionalism on every call.

Provide a positive and professional experience for individuals throughout the intake process.
Qualifications

1–2 years of phone-based experience in sales, customer service, call center operations, or a related field.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.

Ability to follow structured scripts and processes while keeping conversations engaging and professional.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document information.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
