We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Follow-Up Representative to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance follow-up processes, with specific experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
Insurance Follow-Up Representative Responsibilities:

Conduct follow-up with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement

Identify and resolve insurance claim issues and denials
-
Review and appeal denied claims as necessary
-
Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients

Collaborate with billing and coding teams to resolve claim discrepancies
Insurance Follow-Up Representative Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance follow-up within a healthcare setting

Experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) highly preferred

Strong understanding of insurance billing processes and regulations
-
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
