Food Safety & Quality Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced Food Safety & Quality professional to support our client’s plant operations and help strengthen food safety and quality programs. If you enjoy being hands-on in a manufacturing environment, leading audits, and partnering with teams to solve problems, this role will be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
-
Own key food safety and quality programs across the plant
-
Lead audits, certifications, and routine risk assessments
-
Troubleshoot plant or product issues using root cause analysis
-
Maintain compliance in allergens, sanitation, traceability, and training
-
Develop and update SOPs and ensure teams are following them
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years of food safety experience in a food manufacturing environment
-
HACCP certified (required)
-
PCQI certified (required)
-
Confident working in a plant setting and presenting to leadership
Bonus Skills
-
Food defense training
-
Sanitation knowledge
-
Experience supporting pest control programs

The budgeted pay for this role is $35-45/hr.
