• Serve as a primary point of contact for senior operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, and EHS leaders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, operational performance, and site experience.
• Build trust with client organizations by offering solutions, anticipating needs, and delivering high-quality support.

• Guide the selection, monitoring, and performance management of third-party service providers and subcontractors.
• Ensure vendors meet safety, compliance, and performance expectations.
• Partner with procurement and sourcing teams to evaluate cost, capability, and contract structure.
Operational Readiness & Business Continuity
• Ensure all sites maintain current and effective contingency plans, including emergency response, business continuity, and system redundancy strategies.
• Coordinate closely with project management teams on renovations, expansions, or infrastructure upgrades occurring within active manufacturing spaces.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of leadership experience in facilities operations, engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing support within regulated environments
• Experience leading large, multi-tiered teams across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Strong background in budget planning, cost management, and financial accountability.
• 7–10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facilities technology platforms.
• Prior involvement in capital project oversight or facility renovation within manufacturing environments.
