Compensation for this position is up to a base of $95,000 and will be in the Rosemont office 2 days a week.
Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Manage full P&L analysis, including revenue forecasting, expense tracking and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Conduct thorough analyses of financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by management
Financial Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in financial analysis or related role, preferably within a global company
- Ideal candidates will be coming out of a Financial Development Rotational Program OR in an FP&A role prior at a large organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP and complex formulae
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in the office two days a week in Rosemont, IL
