LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire an Electrician to support electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability within a high-speed manufacturing facility. This role will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, troubleshooting industrial equipment, and working with PLCs, controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate is a hands-on industrial electrician with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys working with complex manufacturing equipment and supporting a safety-focused production environment.

What's the job?

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and facility electrical systems

  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues involving motors, transformers, lighting, controls, and other electrical components

  • Troubleshoot PLCs, industrial controls, microprocessor systems, and complex electrical circuits

  • Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation

  • Utilize PLC programming and controls knowledge to diagnose equipment issues

  • Work with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Monitor and troubleshoot temperature and pressure gauges and related instrumentation

  • Maintain maintenance systems for work orders, breakdown reporting, and machine modifications

  • Replace damaged or failed electrical components and restore equipment to operation

  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and electrical maintenance needs to minimize production downtime

  • Follow all electrical, safety, and operational procedures throughout the facility

  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives


What's needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 5+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical equipment or machinery, or comparable trade school/training experience

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

  • Experience reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and electrical schematics

  • Basic PLC programming and troubleshooting experience

  • Basic understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

  • Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Experience working with temperature and pressure gauges

  • Proficiency with hand tools and electrical testing equipment

  • Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to work independently and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
