A leading 3PL is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on logistics experience, grow into more advanced responsibilities, and be part of a tight-knit team that supports one another’s success.
What’s the job?
- Triage a shared inbox with a high volume of carrier updates, onsite issues, and shipment requests
- Respond to approximately 100 driver and carrier calls daily with urgency and professionalism
- Verify and document proof of delivery and bills of lading
- Assign and track load numbers to ensure smooth operations
What’s needed?
- Ability to handle large volumes of communication while maintaining accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Compensation: $22–$24/hour, depending on experience
- Location: Itasca, IL
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Schedule: Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM
