LaSalle Network is hiring for a Customer Experience Associate with a growing consumer products organization known for delivering innovative, high-quality products to customers across the country.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate order information.
• Validate inventory and order details to ensure fulfillment accuracy.
• Manage a high volume of customer tickets and support requests.
• Communicate order updates and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Partner with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service while balancing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Support ongoing process improvements and team initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous customer service, administrative, operations, or support experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated accountability, reliability, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.
