LaSalle Network is collaborating with a global leader in the distribution industry to find their next Credit and Collections Specialist to complete their team in Glenview, IL. This role has a budgeted compensation of $55,000 annually, and the position will be remote after an onsite training period.
The Credit and Collections Specialist will be responsible for utilizing strong communication and analytical skills while working with multi-million portfolios on a global spectrum.
Credit and Collections Specialist Responsibilities:
- Review aging reports to retrieve payment on past due and current accounts from businesses (customers)
- Monitor receivable balances and review billing data for discrepancies
- Work with other departments to resolve any discrepancies and provide solutions
- Prepare statements for outstanding receivables
Credit and Collections Specialist Requirements:
- 1-2 years of B2B or commercial collections experience
- Experience working in a collaborative/goal oriented environment
- Proficiency in Excel
