Are you a treasury professional who's been behind the scenes keeping companies liquid and protected, and ready to step into a high-visibility role at a major aerospace and defense company?
This role is budgeted between $100,000-$130,000 base, eligibility to earn discretionary 15% annual bonus. This role will be flexibility hybrid in the office in Wood Dale and Downtown Chicago.
Responsibilities:
- Own global treasury operations including cash and liquidity management, daily positioning, and forecasting across entities
- Manage banking relationships and optimize service agreements, fee structures, and credit facilities
- Lead cash flow forecasting, investment activity, and liquidity reporting for a complex, multi-entity business
- Monitor and manage financial risk exposure including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risk
- Partner with Accounting, Tax, and FP&A to ensure accuracy and alignment across financial operations
- Support corporate initiatives including M&A, capital markets activity, and finance transformation projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CTP or MBA a plus
- 5+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking structures, and treasury systems
- Experience in a global, multi-currency environment strongly preferred
- Aerospace, defense, or government contracting background a plus
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving public company environment
