Corporate Controller
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Corporate Controller to join a growing manufacturing organization in Des Plaines. This is an opportunity for an experienced accounting leader to oversee financial operations, mentor a high-performing team and partner with executive leadership to drive strategic business decisions. What You'll Do

Lead all accounting operations, including AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and CAPEX accounting

Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close process

Oversee corporate tax compliance, cash management and banking relationships

Direct budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities

Prepare executive financial reporting and variance analysis

Coordinate external financial statement and 401(k) audits

Strengthen internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities

Develop, coach and mentor the accounting team

Partner with leadership on strategic financial initiatives
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

10+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing

Cost accounting expertise

Seven or more years of accounting leadership experience

Seven or more years of SAP experience

Experience managing corporate tax, financial reporting and internal controls

CPA preferred
-
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA preferred

Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills

Compensation: $145,000-$160,000 annual salary
