As an Equipment Coordinator, you'll help keep shipping containers accounted for, equipment operations running smoothly and teams connected.
What's the job?

Coordinate equipment data and communicate with vendors to maintain accurate records

Oversee container returns and assist with street turn coordination

Investigate equipment misuse and support timely issue resolution

Assist with Maintenance and Repair (MNR) activities and damaged container sales

Monitor and report lost or stolen equipment
-
Keep equipment tracking systems updated and organized
What's needed?

High school diploma or GED

Minimum six months of ocean carrier experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Clear, professional communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
