Our client, an Italian food manufacturer, is looking to hire a Continuous Improvement Engineer to their team as the organization expands its operations. This fast-growing company is looking for a driven, quick learner to implement processes and procedures for their production strategy.
As our client continues to grow their brands, this Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for creating and implementing continuous improvement programs to increase productivity across current and new plants.
Continuous Improvement Engineer Responsibilities:

Identify, prioritize and execute continuous improvement projects and activities for the current and new plant

Collaborate cross-functionally to determine the most efficient processes and implement
-
Directly provide formal and informal training for lean manufacturing improvements and other implements
-
Drive Lean Six Sigma manufacturing principles
Continuous Improvement Engineer Requirements:
-
5+ years of Continuous Improvement in manufacturing
-
3+ years in food manufacturing
-
Experience building programs from the ground up and training teams
-
Understanding of TPM
-
Italian or Spanish speaking a plus
