LaSalle Network has recently partnered with a not-for-profit credit union based in the Chicago suburbs that primarily serves people connected to healthcare organizations, hospitals, and medical associations.
Their team is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join their team, fully onsite in Lisle, IL.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call center environment while handling a high volume of member inquiries

Manage 80+ inbound calls per day, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring timely issue resolution

Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and loan payments

Assist members with banking services and loan processing inquiries
-
Identify opportunities to recommend relevant financial products and services based on member needs
-
Meet a minimum monthly goal of 12 product/service referrals

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service-related issues

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
Qualifications:

Previous call center experience required, preferably in a high-volume environment

Strong background in banking, financial services, credit unions, or loan processing required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset
-
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of calls efficiently
-
Experience with upselling, cross-selling, or making product/service recommendations is preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Experience using financial systems, CRM platforms, or customer service software is a plus.
