LaSalle Network is partnering with a construction company located in Coppell, TX to find a Construction Billing Analyst to join their team. This is an ideal position for someone looking for an immediate job and the opportunity to learn and grow within a strong work culture. The Construction Billing Analyst will be responsible for accurately processing and documenting financial transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that invoices are delivered in a timely manner. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy. 
 
Construction Billing Analyst Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and oversee the billing process for construction projects, ensuring adherence to AIA G702 and G703 forms and other relevant billing standards
  • Prepare and review construction draw requests accurately, verifying supporting documentation and ensuring compliance with project specifications
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to billing, including contracts, change orders and subcontractor agreements
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure smooth processing of invoices
  • Utilize billing software such as Procore, GCPay and Textura to facilitate the billing process efficiently. Proficiency in these tools is preferred but not mandatory
  • Conduct financial analysis related to billing activities, identifying trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement
  • Generate regular reports on billing status, project expenses and other relevant financial metrics using advanced Excel skills, particularly in pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and contract requirements throughout the billing process
  
Construction Billing Analyst Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in construction draw processes, with a strong understanding of AIA G702 and G703 forms
  • Industry experience in construction is essential, with a demonstrated understanding of construction billing practices and procedures
  • Technical proficiency in billing software such as Procore, GCPay, and Textura is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly in pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, are essential
  • Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
