Our client in downtown Chicago is looking for a Spanish-speaking healthcare claims professional to join its growing team. In this role, you'll work with medical claims, insurance eligibility and CMS 1500 forms in a high-volume environment where accuracy counts. What's the job?

Process a high volume of medical claims — up to 200 per day after training

Verify insurance benefits and eligibility

Review Blue Cross and other commercial insurance information

Submit and audit CMS 1500 claim forms

Review claims information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Maintain complete and accurate claims documentation
-
Leverage bilingual Spanish and English skills as needed

Follow established procedures and productivity standards

Maintain reliable attendance and arrive by 7:45 a.m. daily
What's needed?

Fluency in Spanish and English

Medical claims processing experience

Familiarity with Blue Cross and other commercial insurers

Strong knowledge of CMS 1500 forms

Sharp attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work efficiently while handling significant claims volume

Strong organization and time-management skills

Reliable commute to the Chicago office
