LaSalle Network has partnered with a global leader in the consumer goods space looking to hire a contract Change Management Communications Lead. Our client is a global family-owned company dedicated to innovative, high-quality products and community engagement. As a Change Management Communications Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving effective communication strategies to support organizational change initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication plans that engage employees, foster understanding and support successful change adoption. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in change communication, exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to navigate complex organizational changes. 

 

Change Management Communications Lead Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change communication strategies aligned with business objectives and values 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand change initiatives and tailor communication plans accordingly 

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across various levels of the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment with change goals 

  • Build relationships with internal teams and leaders to gather insights and facilitate open communication channels 

  • Create clear, compelling and audience-appropriate communication materials, including emails, presentations and other collateral, to articulate change objectives and benefits 

  • Implement communication strategies to engage and empower employees throughout the change process 

  • Foster a positive and transparent communication culture that supports a smooth transition during periods of change 

 

Change Management Communications Lead Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline 

  • 5+ years’ experience in communications coordination and planning 

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to deliver and execute clear and concise communication plans/messaging across multiple communication channels to key stakeholders 

  • Strategic thinker with excellent listening skills, and ability to assess impact of technological changes on key stakeholders and global employee base 

  • Project Management skills – ability to manage/track multiple projects, share results with project teams and adjust as needed to support deliverables timeframe 

  • Flexibility to adapt in fast paced/frequently changing environment 

 

Please note this will be a contract opportunity that will run until December 2024.
