Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements, investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Execute electronic transfers and payments in a timely manner
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Support various accounting and finance projects as required
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is advantageous
