As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and collaborate within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze and process high volumes of accounts payable transactions
- Conduct thorough analysis of travel and expense reimbursement reports
- Ensure all receipts are accurately obtained for credit card transactions
- Provide support and guidance on T&E and accounts payable inquiries
- Perform precise and efficient data entry for invoice processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and promptly address discrepancies
- Prepare comprehensive analysis reports as required
- Maintain up-to-date vendor files in the ERP system
- Process invoices using 2-way and 3-way match P.O./Non P.O. procedures
- Assist in month-end close activities
Accounts Payable Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and travel expense analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
