What You'll Do

Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Generate financial reports for attorneys and office leadership

Analyze accounting data to identify trends and discrepancies

Research and resolve financial issues independently

Collaborate with Revenue Management and cross-functional accounting teams

Assist with month-end close and special accounting projects

Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
What We're Looking For

3-5 years of accounting experience

Advanced Excel proficiency

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Professional services or legal industry experience preferred
