Lead Financial Strategy as a Plant Controller

As the Plant Controller, you'll serve as a strategic business partner to site leadership, oversee all financial operations and play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, improving processes and delivering meaningful business insights. What You'll Do

Lead all financial activities for the manufacturing site, including cost accounting, general accounting, inventory, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, corporate policies and local regulations

Partner with plant leadership to provide financial analysis, recommendations and insights that support business decisions

Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasting process and long-range financial planning

Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators to improve operational performance

Lead internal controls, audit readiness and compliance initiatives

Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including financial commentary and strategic analysis

Champion continuous improvement initiatives that reduce risk, improve efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities

Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and contribute as a key member of the site leadership team
What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field

CPA, ACCA, CIMA or ACA designation preferred

Seven to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment

Strong background in cost accounting and financial planning

ERP implementation experience is a plus

Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities

Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive organizational change
