Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll act as the primary liaison between their enterprise-level clients and their internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of client engagements. You'll support their VP of Enterprise Business Development and be a key player in maintaining and expanding client relationships.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Act as a vital link between clients, VP of Enterprise Business Development, production teams and technology project managers
  • Ensure all projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards
  • Manage client expectations and engage internal teams to fulfill contractual obligations
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand client relationships
  • Oversee job status, expedite operations and manage simultaneous projects
  • Develop Quarterly Business Reviews for clients and management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to allocate resources and optimize workflows
  • Domestic travel as required for client meetings

Account Manager Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in account management and production coordination
  • Proven track record in building strong client relationships and providing excellent service
  • Proficiency in digital and offset print production, data processing, mailing and fulfillment
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and project management systems
