We are partnering with a manufacturing company in Mundelein, Illinois, to find an HR Representative who thrives on keeping things organized, supporting employees and making sure the details don’t fall through the cracks. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep everyday HR operations moving, from onboarding new hires to maintaining employee records. Responsibilities

Keep employee files, HR records and documentation accurate and organized.

Support onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and tracking required documents.

Assist with employment verifications and routine HR processes.

Coordinate offboarding paperwork and ensure established procedures are followed.

Serve as a helpful first point of contact for routine employee questions about policies, benefits and HR procedures.

Direct complex employee concerns to the appropriate HR team member.

Coordinate meetings, training sessions and employee engagement activities.

Provide administrative support for HR projects and other team priorities.

Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements

Previous experience in HR, HR coordination or administrative support for a manufacturing company is required

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Clear, professional communication skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Commitment to confidentiality and sound judgment.

Dependability, punctuality and consistent attendance.

Availability to work onsite five days per week in Mundelein.
