Production/Packaging Supervisor – 2nd Shift
If you are looking to join a globally known and loved brand, we would love to speak with you! We are seeking a Production/Packaging Supervisor to lead and oversee shift operations, including production, packaging, warehousing, safety, and quality in a food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

Lead daily production and logistics activities to meet performance targets.

Manage staffing, shift transitions, and team communication.

Coach employees and troubleshoot operational issues.

Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP/SQF, and food safety requirements.

Support Lean initiatives, training, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
-
At least two years of production leadership experience.

Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety standards.
-
Mechanical, process, or packaging experience strongly preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills.
Key Details

Compensation: $95,000-$100,000 based on experience, plus eligibility to earn a 10% annual bonus
