LaSalle Network is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our client in Rosemont, Illinois. This Accounts Receivable Analyst opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys a service-forward environment, values polished communication and is eager to grow within a supportive team. In this role, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will help process high-dollar accounts receivable activity and support a white-glove customer experience for our client’s stakeholders. This is a contract role with a hybrid work environment, including an in-office training period to set you up for success.
Responsibilities
• Process and review accounts receivable information accurately once fully trained, including high-dollar daily activity
• Support a white-glove service experience by communicating professionally, clearly and with urgency to internal and external stakeholders
• Partner closely with the team and leadership to ensure timely follow-up, quality outcomes and consistent service standards
Qualifications
• Working knowledge of core accounts receivable concepts, including how accounts receivable is structured and how to interpret an aging report
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, service-oriented approach
• Collaborative mindset with high EQ, energy and enthusiasm for being a true teammate
• Familiarity with an accounts receivable tool/ERP (e.g., NetSuite or similar) is a plus
