Duration: 3-6 month contract
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Member Service Representative to join a health care team focused on improving patient outcomes and closing important quality care measures. This is a fully remote opportunity, but candidates must be local to the Downers Grove area for occasional team meetings, training or equipment needs. If you have health care, scheduling or patient service experience and are comfortable handling a high volume of calls, this could be a great opportunity to make an immediate impact. This role is starting ASAP!
Responsibilities

Conduct approximately 50-100 outbound calls per day to patients

Reach out to members regarding preventive and quality care needs

Schedule annual wellness visits and other necessary appointments

Coordinate mammograms, flu vaccinations and other recommended screenings

Work with physicians and care teams to help close quality care gaps

Review patient information and ask questions about recent care, testing and appointments

Navigate Epic to document patient interactions and update information
-
Access provider calendars and coordinate appointments when needed

Maintain accurate documentation while meeting daily productivity expectations
Requirements
-
Previous health care, patient service, customer service or scheduling experience

Experience working with patients or members by phone

Epic experience strongly preferred

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Must be local to Downers Grove, IL, for occasional in-person meetings or training
