Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization in the healthcare and human services space, is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs across the organization.
This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, with a strong emphasis on high-volume, frontline, direct-care, clinical, and operational hiring. The Contract Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to manage recruiting priorities, develop candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from intake through offer.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles.

Recruit for direct-care, nursing, clinical, administrative, professional, and operational positions.

Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.

Screen candidates for experience, qualifications, and organizational fit.

Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Build strong pipelines for high-volume and frequently hired positions.

Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, community partnerships, and other sourcing channels.

Provide hiring managers with market insights and recommendations to improve recruiting results.

Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the ATS.

Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support recruiting events and additional talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

Full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.

Healthcare, nonprofit, human services, behavioral health, senior living, or direct-care recruiting experience preferred.

Experience recruiting hourly and frontline employees.

Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills.

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and HR leaders.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting tools.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple openings and changing priorities.

Strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
