LaSalle Network has partnered with a global transportation and logistics company providing a wide range of supply chain solutions.
Their team is seeking a Data Entry Agent, who can work 100% onsite in their Itasca office, Mon-Fri from 8am – 5pm. The Data Entry Agent is a key function within the Accounts Payable Department. They oversee all incoming invoices for AP’s multiple systems and ensure they are processed and maintained in a timely manner. They also support the auditors with any missing vendor invoices or errors and ensure a resolution is put in place when processing future invoices.
Data Entry Agent Responsibilities:

Process and verify daily invoices

Support email overflow
-
Process all incoming physical mail and distribute accordingly

Verify and work vendor statements as needed to ensure all invoices are entered

Assist auditors with past due or new vendor issues as they arise

Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.
