Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on SAP Order Management Coordinator to support its retail sales operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the details of order management, is comfortable navigating SAP daily, and wants flexible, part-time hours with real ownership over their workstream.
- Review and process customer incoming orders
- Monitor order status from PO receipt through shipment
- Run and review open order reports
- Track orders via EDI
- Investigate and resolve blocked, incomplete, or delayed orders
- Support other order updates and adjustments within SAP, including flagged at-risk orders
- Assist with event-based order queues as needed
What You Bring
- Comfort navigating SAP (order management/SD experience preferred)
- CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a steady volume of daily orders (5–10+ per day)
- No specific degree requirement, we're looking for hands-on experience over credentials
