Database Engineer
Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Database Engineer to help design, build, and modernize enterprise data warehouse solutions supporting analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
This individual will play a key role in establishing scalable data architecture, modern transformation processes, and future-state reporting environments.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement modern data warehouse architectures

Build and maintain ELT pipelines and data transformation processes

Develop scalable data models for reporting and analytics

Support business intelligence and data consumption initiatives

Partner with stakeholders to gather data requirements

Monitor and optimize database performance
-
Create documentation, architecture diagrams, and process standards

Support data governance, security, backup, and recovery processes
-
Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strong SQL skills
-
Experience with enterprise data warehouse environments

Experience with data modeling and relational databases
-
Experience building ELT or ETL processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 annually

Eligibility to earn a 5% bonus
