Lead the design and implementation of scalable data ingestion frameworks using Azure Databricks and Azure-native technologies

Oversee batch, real-time and event-driven data ingestion pipelines
-
Own the enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) strategy and execution
-
Drive the development of golden records and identity resolution capabilities across business domains
-
Champion Medallion Architecture and data lakehouse best practices
-
Establish reusable frameworks, standards and governance processes
-
Lead, mentor and grow a team of data engineers, technical leads and contractors
-
Partner with business, product and analytics stakeholders to align data capabilities with organizational goals
-
Drive platform reliability, performance optimization and cost efficiency
-
Implement CI/CD, DevOps and data quality best practices
What’s needed?

Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Unity Catalog and data management
-
Deep expertise in batch and real-time data ingestion
-
Strong MDM architecture and implementation experience
-
Proven experience designing and supporting Medallion Architecture
-
Previous leadership experience managing full-time employees and contractors
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Experience influencing enterprise architecture decisions
-
Ability to balance strategic leadership with technical execution
-
Exposure to data products, domain-driven design and DevOps is preferred
