LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire an Inventory/Warehouse Manager to oversee the complete flow of materials, inventory, and finished goods throughout a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role will be responsible for leading warehouse and material handling teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing production materials, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure uninterrupted operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced supply chain leader with a strong background in warehouse and inventory management who can lead teams, solve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

What's the job?

  • Lead and manage warehouse, inventory, and material handling personnel

  • Oversee the flow of raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods throughout the facility

  • Manage receiving, storage, production staging, put-away, and shipment of materials and finished products

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconciliation within SAP or other ERP systems

  • Monitor inventory KPIs, identify variances, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

  • Oversee ordering and replenishment activities and ensure accurate bills of materials, locations, and inventory data

  • Confirm production receipts and ensure finished goods are properly and efficiently stored

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards

  • Partner with Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Transportation, and other departments to prevent supply chain disruptions

  • Lead physical inventories, cycle counts, and audit activities

  • Develop supply chain dashboards and performance reports for leadership

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, efficiency, and operational performance

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe dock and storage areas

  • Foster a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, development, and collaboration


What's needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or a related field

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse and inventory management within a manufacturing environment

  • Strong experience leading and developing warehouse, inventory, and material handling teams

  • Experience with SAP or another ERP/WMS system

  • Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of inventory management, production planning, and material flow

  • Experience with physical inventories, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation

  • Familiarity with scanning technologies, RF guns, and inventory control tools

  • Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards such as BRC, AIB, or SQF preferred

  • Exposure to transportation and logistics operations

  • Strong organizational, planning, communication, and decision-making skills

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
