Responsibilities
- Build and improve Salesforce CRM data governance processes and documentation.
- Analyze large data sets using Salesforce and SQL to identify trends and data quality issues.
- Resolve duplicate accounts, standardize account data, improve territory alignment, and maintain CRM accuracy.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements to prevent future data issues.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, and CRM teams to implement best practices.
- Support data enrichment initiatives and help establish long-term governance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, reporting, and data analysis.
- SQL experience and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Background in CRM Operations, Salesforce Consulting, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Governance.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and recommend strategic process improvements.
