What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will support supply ordering, manual order entry, order tracking, appointment follow-up, inventory reporting, and discrepancy research across inventory and sales data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Entering forecasted orders, purchase orders, and order adjustments accurately and on time
- Tracking inbound orders to ensure appointment times are met and trucks are received
- Verifying supplier order confirmations and delivery dates
- Maintaining variance reports around items ordered vs. received, forecasted vs. actual sales, and inventory levels vs. targets
- Reviewing pallet weight, truck capacity, item numbers, anomalies, and other key order details
- Using Excel and internal systems to analyze large amounts of inventory and SKU data
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of order entry, inventory, supply chain, or logistics experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas such as VLOOKUPs and XLOOKUPs (required)
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with large data sets, inventory reports, and SKU-level details
- Ability to analyze discrepancies accurately

- Compensation: $30 – $35 per hour
