LaSalle Network has partnered with a non-profit organization focused on housing seniors on Chicago’s Southwest Side and we are currently looking to hire a HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Interpret and apply Illinois employment laws and Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) regulations.

Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, workforce planning, and HR strategies.

Prepare the organization for annual IDPH surveys and maintain regulatory compliance.

Analyze benefit utilization and market trends to support competitive offerings.

Lead employee communications, including new hire orientation and staff newsletter initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities

Strong knowledge of Illinois employment law and healthcare compliance requirements, including Illinois Department of Public Health regulations

Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management

Experience with Kronos or Workday
Logistics:

Fully onsite: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $45-$55/hr
