What You'll Do as a Junior Services Representative

  • Process participant paperwork related to death benefits and pension-related requests

  • Provide exceptional customer service through professional phone support

  • Accurately enter and maintain data across multiple internal systems

  • Perform basic calculations while ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Review documentation for completeness and resolve discrepancies as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive participant information

  • Collaborate with team members to meet service level expectations and deadlines

  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality work


What We're Looking For

  • Previous administrative support or customer service experience

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Basic math proficiency and the ability to perform simple calculations accurately

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy

  • Comfortable working in a fully onsite, process-driven environment

  • Eagerness to learn, receive feedback and grow within the organization
