LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Front Desk & Customer Experience Specialist. This fully onsite position serves as the face of the company, providing a welcoming experience for guests, employees, and customers while supporting front desk operations, customer service, inventory management, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Administration

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a professional and welcoming environment

Manage visitor check-in procedures and front desk operations

Answer and route incoming phone calls

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Assist with facility-related concerns and administrative support as needed
Customer Service & Customer Experience

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website submissions, and social media channels
-
Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner

Monitor customer feedback and reviews across company platforms
-
Maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up

Ensure customer inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently
Inventory Management & Order Processing

Manage and maintain replacement parts inventory
-
Process replacement part orders for both dealer and direct customers
-
Monitor customer portals for orders, shipping notifications, and updates
-
Conduct inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
-
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking
-
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer and operational needs
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required
-
1–3 years of customer service, reception, front desk, or administrative experience
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
-
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment preferred
Physical Requirements

Primarily desk-based role

Sitting up to 90% of the workday

Standing up to 20% of the workday

Extensive use of computers and telephones

No travel required

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $20/hr-$22/hr
