LaSalle Network is partnering with a company in the educational products industry to identify a Customer Service Representative. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing support related to orders, shipments, and general inquiries while helping to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner

Monitor customer portals for order activity, updates, and shipping notifications

Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues with urgency and professionalism

Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance the customer experience

Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews across various platforms

Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required
-
1–3 years of customer service experience
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Position Details

Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Location: Hybrid schedule with three days onsite in Vernon Hills, IL and two days remote
