LaSalle Network is partnering with a nonprofit organization in Chicago to bring on a Senior Budget Analyst during its critical budget cycle! This role will take ownership of completing and validating budgets within Martus, with a heavy focus on personnel costs, program allocations and funding alignment. This is a high-impact, independent role supporting senior leadership during a transitional period.
Senior Budget Analyst Responsibilities:

Own and complete budgets in Martus, including personnel, benefits and program allocations

Review and validate department budgets for accuracy and alignment

Allocate administrative/shared costs across programs

Partner with leadership to finalize budgets and present summaries
-
Transition into reporting, tracking and budget performance monitoring
What's Needed:
-
5-7 years of budgeting, FP&A or financial analysis experience
-
2+ years of Martus budgeting tool experience
-
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and financial modeling
-
Experience with financial statements and program-level budgeting
Preferred:

Nonprofit experience

Financial Edge and Juris experience
