PAYROLL TAX SPECIALIST
LaSalle Network is partnering with a global organization to bring on a Payroll Tax Specialist for a 3–6 month contract engagement. This Payroll Tax Specialist will take ownership of payroll tax cleanup, compliance and documentation across multiple states. The ideal Payroll Tax Specialist is detail-driven, proactive and ready to hit the ground running.
What’s the job?

Manage multi-state payroll tax compliance efforts
-
Reconcile payroll tax discrepancies and resolve prior issues

Collaborate with HR and payroll to ensure accurate tax setup

Create clear process documentation and controls
-
Support a distributed, international team
What’s needed?

Proven payroll tax experience in the U.S.
-
Strong understanding of multi-state tax regulations
-
Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems
-
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
-
Ability to manage a project-based workload independently
Key Details:

Compensation: $30–$40/hour
